This policy explains how Tucson Group Homes ("we", "us"), operator of tucsongrouphomes.com, handles information when you visit our site.

Information we collect

• Account information: if you create an account to leave a review, vote or suggest a home, we store your email address and display name.
• Content you submit: reviews, votes, home suggestions and advertising inquiries, including any contact details you choose to include.
• Usage data: like most websites, our hosting and analytics record basic technical information such as browser type, pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How we use information

We use information to operate the directory, moderate and publish reviews, run the annual Home of the Year vote, respond to messages and advertising inquiries, prevent abuse, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies to keep you signed in. We also display advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent through a Google-certified consent message before personalized ads are shown.

Sponsored content

Some listings and ad boxes are paid placements. They are always labeled "Sponsored" or "Advertisement" and never change our editorial rankings or award results.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, database, email, advertising), when required by law, or to protect our users and site. Published reviews show the display name you choose.

Data retention and your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account and submissions at any time by emailing us. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS and access to submitted data is restricted to our administrators.
